Vincentius Andrew Herman, S.H.

Vincentius Andrew Herman holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law of Parahyangan Catholic University. He has expertise and interests focused on the legal field, particularly in corporate legal matters, commercial disputes and litigation. Furthermore, he possesses comprehensive legal research skills and strong analytical skills. He is also member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

He has assisted domestic and international clients in general corporate and investment legal matters, corporate restructuring, preparing legal opinion for various legal issues as well as legal compliances. Besides that, he has also been involved in handling commercial dispute legal matters, both civil and criminal litigation, from preparing warning letters (somasi) to preparing lawsuit to the court and filing criminal reports to the relevant institutions.

Currently, Mr. Andrew continues to enhance his capabilities and expertise in corporate commercial law and litigation with the aim of providing practical and profitable legal advice that is aligned with the needs and objectives of the clients he represents. He also actively participates in legal related seminars to improve his legal knowledge and writes legal articles to give deep understandings for clients in doing business and securing their businesses.
